The Service Department at RK is open from 7:30 a.m. -  6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Our Saturday hours are from 8:00 a.m. - 4 pm.

Scheduling Service

For our customer's convenience, the majority of our Service Department work is done by reservation. Simply call 757-431-6674 or schedule service online. In the event of an emergency, we always maintain enough flexibility to get your vehicle into our Service Department without a reservation.

Technician Qualifications

The Service Technicians at RK are constantly getting their own knowledge "tune-up," by participating in General Motors sponsored training courses. Our Service Department employs mechanical specialists such as transmissions, electrical and computer, front end, heavy engine, and conversion van specialists. We are the proud holders of the service supremacy award and employ 11 Master Technicians certified by ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) and General Motors. All of our technicians have practical training experience.

Wrecker Service

In the event of a mechanical failure that prevents you from being able to drive your vehicle, please call and our Service Consultants will dispatch a wrecker to you. In most cases, your New Vehicle Warranty will cover this expense. For 24 hour service call 757-340-0131.

Accessories

Many of our customers decide after they take delivery to have additional accessories added to their vehicle. These include radios, sunroofs, radio upgrades, pin stripes, spoilers, wheels, tires, etc. Our Customer Service Department is glad to handle any "customizing" you may desire; please call 757-431-6690 for assistance.

Extended Service Contracts

We are happy to do all of your service work covered by your optional Extended Service scheduling procedures previously reviewed.
